Centrifugal Blowers

We manufacture centrifugal blowers for all kinds of application. Our fans are heavy duty and are long lasting. The construction is done keeping in mind ease of future maintenance and cleaning.  They are manufactured in belt drive as well as direct drive. Drain plugs are provided to facilitate cleaning, or for oil to drip in kitchen exhaust blowers.  Construction material is Mild steel or stainless steel as per customer specification.

Custom build Tube Axial Fans

Here at Dynamic Fabrication, we manufacture Axial fans ranging from size 12″ diameter to 50″ diameter. These fans have numerous application like ventilation, exhasut, etc.  They can be stand mounted as man coolers, and can be inline ducted. We use high quality motors from brazil or europe, the client can also specify any brand if they opt for.  Availiable in Variable speeds, can be Belt or direct driven.  Just tell us what size or the capacity ( CFM / CMH ) needed and we will select the fan for you. Portable Ventilation fans can be connected to a flexible ducting and can be used for extracting dust/ smoke from basement or a construction site.

Kitchen Exhaust System

We fabricate , design and install kitchen exhaust systems which are highly efficient and function problem free for long time. The kitchen hoods are placed above the ovens / stoves and are of stainless steel construction of desired finish. \the hoods include oil filters which remove most of the oil from the exhaust air and are collected in oil cups. The ducting are connected via GI ducting to the centrifugal blower installed on the roof. The Blowers are belt driven to isolate the motor from temperature and oil. Grease taps are provided to drain oil and a maintenance door is provided for periodic cleaning and maintenance. Access doors are also provided in the ducting for inspection and periodic cleaning.

The system can be equipped with fresh air system with an additional fan pumping fresh air towards the hood and is dispersed downwards from the hood to re-compensate for the displaced air, and also to reduce air-conditioning losses.
